📸 What You'll Do
- Coordinate educational programs at clinical sites for students.
- Prepare curriculum and teach classes under the direction of the Education Director.
- Interview candidates for the program and make admission recommendations.
- Develop and oversee student orientation plans.
- Design and evaluate curriculum compliance with approving agencies.
- Provide didactic and laboratory instruction, validate clinical competencies.
- Maintain current knowledge of students' clinical progress and document competencies.
- Oversee individual student progress and provide counseling.
- Represent the program at hospital meetings and external agencies.
- Develop and evaluate curriculum to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- Certification and registration in the relevant modality (e.g., CT, MRI) from a national certification board.
- Unrestricted state license (Rhode Island) in the relevant modality.
- Baccalaureate degree preferred; work experience in the field accepted in lieu of degree.
- Two years of experience in the specific modality or specialty.
- Current knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory agencies.
- Ability to write and communicate effectively with all parties.
- Analytical ability to assess laws and their impact on educational programs.
